The Sana-WoW support team is the sole owner of the above data and only qualified members of the Sana-WoW team can see it. The Sana-WoW team consults only this information for in-game support or technical assistance. A player's information is destroyed after 3 years of inactivity.

You may choose at any time to disable your account by contacting a Sana-WoW staff member, in which case the information will be destroyed after a period of 30 days. This deactivation is canceled if the account is being used during this time. You have the right to delete your data at any time.
